Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your own currency.
You can get an idea of exchange rates HERE.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready for despatch. Backordered items are not charged until they are despatched.
You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax or post.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we despatch the goods and send you an invoice.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And HandlingWe only despatch goods once we have received payment in full from you or your agent.
All goods will require a signature on delivery, whether it be by Royal Mail or Carrier.

Returns PolicyYour rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive (DSD) which can be found HERE
That document is fairly indecipherable, so here are the most relevant points for you:
1. Under the DSD regs you have SEVEN days after receiving the goods to Notify us of your decision to cancel your order. Receipt of goods means someone having signed for the goods at the time of delivery, not necessarily when you the customer we have the contract with receives them.
2. The EXCEPTION to the requirement for us to accept a Return is if the goods supplied by us are Made To The Customer's Own Specifications; this may be referred to by us as a Personalised Order.
3. If you want to return the goods, you MUST notify us either in Writing or by another Durable Medium; this includes Letter, Facsimile or Email. A telephone call is not sufficient.
4. When returning goods, the Customer must ensure the goods are insured in transit and proof of posting/sending must be obtained.
5. Carriage costs are to be paid by the Customer.
